Crying doesn't make you weak. There is no shame in crying. 
These are the things I'd like to believe. 

Tears are the intangible emotions that has taken a physical form.
From abstract to concrete, tears manifest the words you can't utter, form or think.

A release of this surge of emotions brings one unto her knees but there is nothing to worry for it is a human need to be vulnerable at times, even if we fight it.

We must be vulnerable in order to grow.

Theater is not an easy world to be in. Then again, what world is?

Ang isip, katawan at boses ay ang mga pangunahing kagamitan na kailangan ng isang aktor. Mawala na ang iba, ang entablado, mga ilaw, musika at kung ano pa, huwag lamang ang tatlong ito. Sapagkat upang mabatid ang ugnayan sa pagitan ng aktor at manunuod ay kailangang maipakita niya na hindi sila magkaiba.
